Terms of Use and Beta Terms

Rug Pulled! is a free game. Nothing in it is real money, real trading or financial advice. Be 18+, be decent, and tell us if something breaks.

Last updated 12 October 2026

1. Who we are

Jerbot ("we", "I") is a small software company in Texas. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover jerbot.dev, rugpulled.jerbot.dev and the Rug Pulled! closed beta.

2. The game is a game

Rug Pulled! is a fictional trading simulation. Prices, companies, headlines and results are invented. Nothing in the game or on our sites is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the game involves real money or real securities. Do not rely on anything here to make real financial decisions.

3. Free beta

The beta is free. We may change, reset or remove features, accounts and progress at any time while the game is in beta. We plan for the game to be free at launch; if that ever changes we will say so before it does. No mobile launch date has been set.

4. Who may play

You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm you are 18+.

5. Your account

One account per person. Keep your sign-in email secure; we use email links, not passwords. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share it or attempt to create accounts in bulk.

6. Fair use

Do not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer for abuse, overload, bypass our sign-in or abuse-protection checks, or use the game to harass anyone. Do not post unlawful or hateful content in feedback. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Feedback

If you send feedback, you let us use it to improve the game without paying or crediting you. Optional attachments (for example your game history) are sent only if you tick the box.

8. Your data

What we collect and why is on the Privacy page; those terms are part of this agreement. You can ask to delete your account by emailing [email protected] or using the in-game control when it exists.

9. Ownership

The game, art and code belong to Jerbot (and its licensors). You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play. Your own feedback remains yours, subject to section 7.

10. No warranty; limits

The beta is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, interruptions or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the date; continued play after a change means you accept it. You may stop playing at any time. We may end the beta or an account.

12. Law

Texas law applies; disputes go to courts in Texas, unless your local law says otherwise.
